Clarion Hotel Plaza is a full-service hotel conveniently situated in the center of Karlstad. The hotel has 131 rooms of 3 different categories, standard, superior and suites. There are also 12 conference rooms for 2 – 400 persons, a restaurant and a bar. Our relax area with Jacuzzi and panorama sauna is on the top floor with a magnificent view of the roof ridges of Karlstad.
Our substantial upgrading is now finished! We have built a new conference room holding 110 persons and renovated most of the others, moved the reception/lobby and restored the heart of the hotel: the courtyard. With help from a talented Norwegian interior designer Plaza has taken the step from nightclub to conference/business hotel with a bar that invites you to unsolicited meetings. Welcome to our living room!
